We always do our best to ensure your order arrives in great shape. Our standard flat rate shipping comes with insulation for the box and an ice pack. This option is normally fine for most of the year.
But during the hot months we suggest upgrading to the deluxe shipping insulation.
This upgraded insulation helps keep your order cooler longer (rated for 2 days). And its also recyclable!
This option is NOT needed for local delivery. We will personally drop off your order if you are near Thousand Oaks.
